Returns & Exchanges

Ronny Kobo offers a 14-day return window for all full-price items, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags in the original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
